GO KART ENDURANS WILL BE 20 TEAMS ON 2008

Izmir Izmir Otomobile Club organization, Go-Kart Endurance first race had been completed on 8th of April Sunday.12 Teams had a breathtaking race for 3 hours.

The winner of the cup was 35 door numbered ORION Expo with total of 274 laps, second is 2 door numbered ARKAS RACING with 267 laps and third is 9 door numbered EGEPEN DECEUNICK with total 266 laps. This races unlucky teams are 11 door numbered BEST SERVICE in 35th lap and 7 door numbered BMC SHELL out of race for 15 minutes finish.

HACI MURAT CUP EXCITEMENT

Hacı Murat Cup,organized by Izmir Otomobile Club 3th time with this year,had finished 2006 season with a great race.

The successful names of this sensational race are 9 door numbered Mert Erkekler, 10 door numbered Erkan Orhan racing in the name of Alfa Inşaat, 66 door numbered Mustafa Nazik sponsored by Hasiş and Champion of year 2005 1 door numbered Taylan Gördüren sponsored by Merkalıp. 99 Door numbered Didem Sağcan, the only female racer of Hacı Murat Cup had showed an excellent performance in the seeding laps but she finished the race as 5th.

EAGEAN LOCAL OTO DRAG CHAMPIONSHIP CONTINUES

The organization of Izmir Otomobile Club,EAGEAN Local Oto Drag Championship's 1 race again be a center of action.

EAGEAN Local Oto Drag Championship arranged for amateur racers and with the participation of 48 cars from Istanbul,Ankara, Bursa, Bodrum, Aydın, Konya, Antalya, Muğla, Adana. Race started at 13:00 on Sunday Afternoon with a great athmosphere. The 7.000 audience in the tribunes had experienced a big excitement with the egzoust and tire sounds of every start.
